However, customers can cancel an order between when the order is placed and when the order is shipped, for a full refund.

To initiate a cancellation, you must quickly contact us by addressing the email with ‘Order Cancellation’ and the order number.

Wander and About is based in Paris, France. We ship worldwide.

Our rates are automatically calculated at checkout and vary depending on order weight and the delivery location.

Items ship via International French Post (France), Mondial Relay (Belgium, UK, Ireland, Germany) and UPS (rest of Europe and International).
A tracking number is provided to you by email once your label is created. Just click on the "view order" link to follow along.
Orders are shipped every Mondays and Thursdays. 



Orders can be picked up locally in Paris.
If you would like to do so, please select the option for local pick up at checkout and email: to arrange a time and day for pick up.

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country. 
Wander and About is not responsible for any applicable fees that may arise upon accepting your parcel.

Transit times may also vary due to delays presented at customs. Wander and About is not responsible for the latter. 

Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fee or the loss of an item due to an incorrect address as entered by the customer, is to be covered by the latter if this occurs.
